Hi I’ve been using your diy recipe for years using carbonate. My question is after mixing a gallon jug of the mix what should the DKH be?

Sodium Carbonate 5300 dKH

Sodium Bicarbonate 2660 dKH

The range on the Hanna is 0 - 20 dkh it will not read that high.

There’s no reason to test it. Just make the solution with the recipe.
