I run Tunze Nano DOC 9002 on my 32g.. seems to be doing a decent job... I don't need a really powerful skimmer... just needed to help out with my fish bioload... I ran my tank skimmerless for almost 3 years and had great results.. :)

I have heard the xenia with over run a tank it theres no skimmer LOL
