Long story short, I have an issue and I am away from the tank. My son is trying to help. I need him to mix up a batch of trisodium phosphate. He found the loudwolf bottle, but he says is a pretty solid block. I left it in the garage and must not have been sealed tight.

I was thinking of having him cut the bottle open, put the salt in a glass bowl in oven at 250F for an hour to dry it out again. Any issues? Any safety concerns?

I mix a 500ml bottle using a scale to measure the salt and wondering if I am going to have an issue with changing the hydration level and throwing the weight off.

I can also just order a new one but using what I have is much faster.

Thanks in advance
