My leather green was just fine until a week or so ago, when it started to change colours a bit turning into something more like purple-ish which turned into a dark shade very fast. I'm used to leathers peelings, but I think this is more serious as it seems that just its trunk has survived so far and there's no sign of green tissue anywhere. I have Seachem Dip if needed. Nothing has changed in the tank. I added 2 images, one from October (it was even bigger than that lately) and one of today.
My guess is that it's 99% gone.

If it doesn't usually turn purple when it sheds, then dip it
I think it's the first time it's shedding here, it shrunk a couple times but it was just for a few hours the most. I might dip it anyway. The other leathers I have don't change colours like that when peeling, they just have the brown skin peeling off although some look pretty beaten while that happens.
