Ecosmart Acclimation

I have the acclimate timer on, and when I look at the graph the purple line is missing. Am I still in acclimate mode even though I can't see the purple line?

Couldn't help you too much on that. How long did you have your timer on for? Maybe exceeded the time limit that you had set it for?

But i would like to add one thing. When i first got EcoSmart i loved it. Now, after having it a year it never i feel like there is an issue with anything i try and do everytime i used the program. Frustrating.

Yes I am frustrated! Both lights say acclimation disabled, but ecosmart acclimation toggle is "on". Yet I can't see the acclimation graph.

There's an arrow thingy on the right side directly under the graph. Click it and all color lines are shown including the purple one.

FYI-There is an EcoTech dedicated group on FB. I've found them to be extremely helpful, especially being new to Radion/EcoSmart like I am. Very friendly knowledgeable group.

I just posted on there…thanks. I also just reset the acclimation setting and the line is back. I wonder why it automatically decided to turn off?

Generally there is a date setting on the acclimation counter. Perhaps there was an issue after turning the counter on. One thing I have learned to do when using Ecotech live is to Save the settings before exiting out of the app. Make sue the light toggles off and then comes on. You can turn on the acclimation mode and exit with out saving and the mode is lost.

what is the name of the group that you are referring to? I see a couple different ecotech groups, want to make sure I'm finding the right one that you are talking about :)
