Hi everyone,

I'm trying to researching the best dosing pumps, and I'm not sure which one to go with:

Kamoer (not the bluetooth option): I heard that they are very reliable and make dosing pumps for the medical industry

Dos: Head they are very loud, but are dependable, requires the Neptune system to use

GHL: I heard the heads of the blue plastic caps chip and jam the rollers

Alkatronic, Mastertronic, Dosetronic: Most expensive option, but very accurate

What are your thoughts on keeping dosing equipment separate from your monitoring devices (having something like the Kamoer for dosing, but use the Trident to monitor)

I own both Neptune DOS, and a Kamoer F4 Pro and will say that the Kamoer is loud when dosing as well as the DOS, but not as loud as the Kamoer.

But What I do like about eh Kamoer is that for the price I got 4 heads vs 2 from the DOS. If you dont have or plan not to get a Apex system, then DOS is out of the question.

I use BRS dosers with the Apex. DOS too expensive and loud for me. Kamoer too expensive for the good one, and the cheap one needs to be programed with an app. Also looses programming with power out I believe.

I have a budget 4 head doser. Hyggar perilistic pump $73.99. I may upgrade to a Red Sea but this thing works fine. Never any priming type issues. Up to 24 doses per head a day LED on board display. The only negative is that it does not have a hard drive so if power goes out over 30 seconds the memory is lost.

I use Versa Dosers

App controlled
Virtually silent
Pin point dosing every time.

Its just hard to get your hands on them at the moment.

You just came here to brag... ;)

I've had the Jebao dp-4 for the past year with no issues other than one of the heads slipping. Found that they were installed backwards. Been fine since. I am looking at replacing it soon though with something else.
