Hello everyone,

I'm starting to plan to begin my journey of making into reefing. I've been fish keeping for 7 months in the saltwater realm.
Here are my set-ups

29g nano- 2 Clowns, pistol/goby shrimp, cleaner shrimp
Current lighting: 40watt- White LED, what kind of upgrade would you recommend? Do I need one (I just want 1 anemone for the clowns)?
Filtration: 40G HOB filter, Do I need a protein skimmer if I'm doing weekly 8g water changes? If so, what type of HOB/Internal one do you recommend?
-GOAL ->adding one more nano fish and an anemone: suggestions on what kind?

40-FOWLR-Bicolor angel, Christmas wrasse, baby snowflake (will either be traded or moved to 75 with age)
-Standard fish only lights with white and blue, also a second 40 watt LED for "peak" time.
-40g HOB filter, two head air stone for extra oxygen.
-GOAL: an addition of a marine betta or a dwarf lion
-Suggestions for this setup in general are welcome

75g Future full reef-includes a yellow tang, male melanrus, cleaner shrimp, and a salfin (Big no-no, salfin was purchased when I was new and listened to my LFS, getting along with the yellow fine but needs to be traded within a year :-( )
Lighting:-Standard blue/white Marineland led's (not designed for reefs) -> What lighting /models do you recommend? I want to be able to raise softies, and "Moderate" light corals so nothing to bright/pricey is needed. Suggestions on corals that meet this description are welcome too.
Filtration: 75g HOB filter, 140g HOB protein skimmer (red sea prizm pro)
GOAL- 5 fish additions depending on size, and my first full reef tank!

-All tanks have 1-2 battery backup airstones
-Any articles, I need suggestions on water parameters and what purchase to begin my reef would be great.
-29g and 75g have been cycled for 6 months and include LR and CUC.
-I know the very basics of reef keeping. I have pretty much every fish (tank size needs, feeding, names, etc. memorized by heart though from this addiction)

All constructive criticism is VERY welcome! This thread is mainly for advise on reef keeping. I've read a lot about it but it gets confusing as my setups are very unique with their equipment.
