Two of my fish is having a symptom of black ich and so I treated my tank with prazipro. After 4 days, the two fish started having cloudy eye and skin seem to be sloughing off. Rest of the fish are fine. What is this? And what treatment should I use?

Poor fish... that isn't black ich, it is a bacterial infection. It also looks to have either ich or velvet which likely caused the bacterial infection. You need to get the poor guy into a QT system where you can treat with copper and antibiotics ASAP in my opinion. I hope that is an option for you!

I will try catching it again. I did treat all fishes before in copper for 3months and left the tank fallow because of ich. Once I placed all the fish back in the display tank after a month, these two fish started showing up black spots. Didn’t add coral, or fish during the fallow period in the DT.

I'm sorry, that is rough. :(
Did the black spots look like this?

+1 I agree with this^^^

I'd recommend copper + Furan-2 + Kanaplex. I prefer copper power. Using copper power with the Hanna checker.

When you treated with copper previously, what kind did you use and what test kit?

I do not use copper. Chloroquine Phosphate and Triple antibiotic (Metronidazole, Kanamycin and Nitrofurazone) would be a good idea. This is in a qt system only. No inverts! Looks really rough. Good luck.

I did use copper power as that is the one my LFS recommends.

Could this be secondary infection from the black ich that once was?

Do you suggest taking out all the fish and treat them all in qt or just the two that is having the problem?

Thank you guys for all your suggestions and recommendations. I will do my best to catch all the fish tonight. I’ve done this before, maybe I can do it again. Hopefully it’s not too late. It’s rough and tough when you did your best and be proactive, and still gets it again. I love all my fish but this two is extra special. This hobby is not for the faint of heart.

I would treat all if you have enough space. Hard to do, but best for all of them. I hear you. I am fallow right now and have 2 qt tanks going. Fun stuff.
