Not so sure those are planaria. Look like harmless Amphiscolops(spelling) type to me. Not really a nussiance at all if so and nothing short of free fish food at best.

A melanarous will clean them up promptly of you want them gone. But again kind of hard to really see in the pic but my first guess would not, be red plarinaria

No not red planaria
Too small
The v tail and size shows the common brown flatworm.
I love these guys!
Flatworm is my passion :-)

I did get those worms recently, waiting for my 6 line wrasse to be done with QT, Hope he enjoys eating them lol
