Fluconazole to kill bryopsis

Anyone know the process in which how to properly use fluconazole to kill off bryopsis? I just bought 20 capsules and read that a 200g pill treats 10g? Is this correct. I'm gonna dose to a 46g mix reef. I'm guessing 4pills should do it. After that i dont know if weather to just dump it or mix it with tank water. Also if I need to take out or constantly be replacing gfo or carbon since I'm running both. Any tips are welcome. Thanks!

Ya my buddy jw strewart from 2 guys corals told me to talk to him and let him know that jw sent me rovtalk to him cause I have mad bryopsis in my 40 breeder that has all my bounces which is 50+ shrooms and they are all starting to slide off the plugs and had 3 release totally in the past 5 days...amd I'm really worried cause u have about 8k invested and can't afford a loss lol

And I want to try that fluconazole but wanna know a reliable source/place that won't do me wrong....and I need to know how to do the exact dosing

Lol well put it this way, darren wouldvr took a BIG hit of it didnt work, but it has. Also had done a second dose before vacation, and came back to a few browned out pieces. Thats it, one dose is fine.

20mg per gallon, no carbon or uv, give it about a week to 15 days, then filter that stuff out

Darren was one of the first group of people in the US to try it, hes one of my best local buddys. He was confident enuff to try it(witch i thought it was crazy, and actually setout to find information on this forum before talking him out of it), witch led to success to hundreds of members

I never recommend any medication or potion bottles to anyone other then for fish treatment or coral dips.(because its all at risk)

But out of 100s of people that have tried it, about 99% had completely success at a full elimination of bryopsis
