Foggy reef tank

Hey guys I just brought a 60 gal tank from a local reefer wanting out.... but the tank is very foggy I've cleaned it over and over yet it just get even more cloudy

is this normal????or will have to get it ruffed and polished

You will most likely need to get it buffed and maybe sanded. Lots of videos on you tube that show you how to do it.
