Yeah, the septa are not exsert enough. Septal protrusion is about the same as a regular hammer.

I can tell because it's clearly a torch (thin tentacle stalks, spherical acrospheres) but the tentacles are too short. You said yourself that it's not fully extended. The oral disc is also deflated, which is another sign.
