Just getting started. Never kept an aquarium in my life but now I've got a 90 gallon display tank with a 40 sump and have absolutely fall in love with this. Just hit my diatom bloom, nothing in the tank but a couple of blue green chromis and some clean up crew

The tank is been up for about 20 days. It's cycled fairly quickly from what I understand my tests for ammonia nitrite and nitrate went to zero after about 12 days. So I hace slowly started adding a little

Mine has been up just 1 yr now , it will go thru a few algae cycles, dia then cyno/green back and then will purple up as the rock matures it has been a fun ride!
