GFCI Outlet

Are you guys installing GFCI outlets on the wall? Or can you go out and buy a good GFCI Powerstrip instead?

If so on the powerstrip any suggestion of a good 8 plug powerstrip?

GFCI in the wall and a power strip for me. I use the Belkin power strip.

GFCI on the wall. If you run a series of outlets, put the GFCI first and it will help protect the other outlets down the line.

So if I run GFCI on the wall I don't need a GFCI powers trip correct?

Don't have to. It would be a secondary trip. It would/ should trip the power strip before the outlet. One way to keep power to a certain part of the tank if one part fails.
