Got some white worms coming this week. Thanks, Paul. Really appreciate the advice. And I'm sure the fish will appreciate the better, fresher diet. Thanks again. You the man!

@Paul B Thanks for all the info. Do you restart your culture periodically to keep it from crashing? Or do you do something else (like using Prime) that keeps it alive without crashing?
Larry this is the first culture I started years ago and it is still going.
Occasionally I do flood the culture to pour off the little floating mites that somehow grow to huge proportions.
Got mine just last week from Mad River Seeds in Washington state: https://madriverseeds.ecrater.com/c/1780299/other-itemsCool! I would like to try these at some point.
Ive been feeding these to my fish for years and they go nuts for them. If you feed the worms regularly they will multiply like mad and a single 8 or 16 oz container will produce for years before you need to start a new one. I feed my 180 with these worms daily.
Not to Hijack your thread, but if anyone is interested in getting a colony started I have established 8oz cultures available too.
I will pay for shipping if your giving out some starters! Only problem is I live in Maine and it’s freaking cold up here right now.I am in New York and will also give away worms to start a culture.
Try Big Al's. The one here in Ottawa always has whiteworms on hand. There is a place in Vaughan that has blackworms but they are pickup only. http://www.alotlaxolotls.ca/earthworms-.htmlBlack or white worms ... is hard to find or locate in Toronto. They all headed South instead ...
Thanks for the Info How do they taste ?
