I'm thinking about starting a 55 or 75 gallon reef tank in the near future, and figured I'd say hello and thanks for the wealth of knowledge that this community has to share. I've had just freshwater tanks up to this point, my last tank was a planted discus tank (which may be foreshadowing of my decision making abilities). I'm looking to create an "easy" system to maintain and automate as much as I can while staying fiscally responsible (lol) and keeping the wife approval rating high. Thanks in advance for all of the dumb questions you'll (hopefully) answer as I try to educate myself!

I'll probably start a build thread when I figure out what I want to do.
Easy, Automated AND Fiscally responsible. let me know if you catch that unicorn!!
