that is normal. I would not change light, etc - You may want to SLIGHTLY increase flow

No actually not - depending on time of day. is it always that way? I mean I don't want to burst your bubble/criticise - but if you had asked me what that coral was - I would not have guessed goniopora. Though - at different times of the day - and after feeding - their 'tentacles' can be pulled in.
