With nitrate at .03 I would have dino's everywhere. I get dino's if my nitrates drop below 5! And phosphates are always .1. Mag is always 1500+ and never been an issue in 20 years. Remember the old days when we used to use kent tech M to raise mag past 1500 to combat bryopsis? Might be dating my reefing career here with that one! And chasing PH is a fool errand(god I hate BRS ever did those PH videos. now everyone wants to chase that elusive 8.3 dragon). Throw those dang PH probes in the garbage, and never look at them again!

I’m thinking I need a shrimp for my tank. I’ve had Coral Banded before and they are so cool but you can only have one.
May pick up 2 or 3 or 4 Skunk shrimp this Saturday. They seem to do okay in groups.

originally I had 1. You never saw it, and it hid all day. I got another, and low and behold they are both out and about all day swaying back and forth looking for a fish to clean. I then got a third, and all 3 have setup a "cleaning station" that all my fish visit on a daily basis.

I had two.
paid $19 each for small at a LFS pre indo shut down/pandemic.
having a hard time paying what they want now.
$40+ for smalls they are now calling large.
