This is a difficult question - how old is it? (IN your tank) - what did it look like when you bought it? In general - it doesn't look fully extended - but - it does not look bad

It’s 4-5 wks in my over a year old tank. My calcium & magnesium is high even after all of my water changes. Alk & all other parameters are completely normal. Bought at amazing LFS.
I think (My opinion) - it looks ok. Probably adjusting to flow, light, etc

Its not happy, its obviously not liking something, you only have two options for that water quality or lighting. one on right looks fine, so id run with water
Curious. Did you mean to say 'I'd run with light?' - Since the one on the right looks fine?

This is vague. To eliminate water quality as the issue, we need actual numbers. Calcium and carbonate are critical for healthy corals, so the actual numbers are important.
Personally, I wouldn't play with anything. If all the heads were looking like the one in question, I might intervene. But its just one head and may perk up.
If you can't resist taking action, you could try relocating it to different areas of the tank. Try moving it up higher so it is closer to the light or maybe a position where there is different flow.
But if you do move it, don't expect an overnight change. You have to leave in the new location for a week to 10 days to know if its happy in the new position.
