Hanging kit for nicrew

Hello!

I need help! I have 2 nicrew aquarium lights. One is 150w gen 1 the other is gen 2 150w. I want to hang them from the ceiling. The brackets that they give you for the tank, make me nervous. Heard a cracking noise when trying to put it on the first time. Any recommendations?

Are they the same shape? Reason I'm asking is I found this. It shows an available hanging kit and other mounting options.

Gen 2 uses Radion mounting

Nicrew also just released a hanging kit on Amazon. It shows it works with the new NavaReef light. Not sure if it works for HyperReef
