nearly all my major running costs are covered by the solar panels. Im even thinking of getting 400w halides now instead of the 250's.

I have had my fair share of problems over the last year. i was given a purple tang and my tank eventually suffered with white spot even though none of my fish had ever had it nor had the purple tang but the war that broke out with the new tang caused the outbreak. When i went to egypt the other week my nem went through the mp40 1 hour before i left for the airport. While i was in egypt my calcium reactor lid blew causing my alk to go from 9 to 4 over night and it stayed at 4 for 2 weeks without any losses. And lastly i am now dealing with aefw which has resulted in my binning about 7kg of corals

Wow! awesome thread. I really enjoyed it. Your TV looks so small compared to that huge tank, I would have just ditched it and watched the tank all day. All I have right now is a small 29 gallon tank and would love to have one like yours some day. This would probably be boring to you but you can ready by build blog with the link below. Way to go! keep up the awesome work, its looks great!

ive been dipping all the sps in coral rx every 3-4 days for the last 14 days and to be honest ive not seen a flat worm since the first dip. I decided to mix it up a little and changed the dip lastnight to Revive. Left the corals in for 15 mins and i seem to have a few deaths today. I think the corals are really starting to get hacked off with the diping. Think I might stop the dips now and add some more wrasses, i added 2 Halichoeres biocellatus last week and I only had one come out of the sand after 5 days and the other has not appeared yet.

lol, thanks It has silver (like a mirror) stripes on it that reflect the light. Its a proper hunter too and never stops scanning the corals and rocks
