Whats better. New Aqueon 60 breeder with its sturdy cross brace and frame or Imagitarium 60 breeder with smaller cross brace and frame but thicker front and rear glass.
And the Aqueon has a 1/32 to 1/16 of an inch offset/recess in glass on one end relative to front and rear glass. Is it enough to worry about?Will this be dangerous?

Greetings and welcome to the reef! TBH, either one will serve you well. I would always opt for thicker glass, however. At the end of the day, just inspect the seams and silicone work of whichever tank you are going to purchase. Aqueon tanks can be a bit... sloppy in that respect.

Based on the warranty, Aqueon is a better choice. 5 years vs 1.

I’d definitely consider both as good but would make my decision based off whether or not I’m drilling the glass for overflows.

I’ve got an aqeoun 40 breeder tank running in my office that I drilled — I find thinner glass to be more stressful to drill but I did it.

But definitely examine the silicone seams before purchase.

Hard to figure out your meaning but I have an Aqueon . The important thing is the overflow to me. Is it internal ? Also the plumbing for it assuming its drilled in the bottom is it anti siphon ?
