HELP! Can This Sea Hare Be Saved?

Hey guys. I had a GHA problem and wanted to get an abalone. The lfs didnt have stock so ended up getting sea hare. There was a lot of gha and i supplemented it with nori. Then day 7

it looked like this. Then day 8. All this while it was eating and active.

Then suddenly seems to bedying on

today. Not moving at all. Only mouth moving, slowly eating.

Looks like a sea hare egg casing. When dying, their backs split open in most cases
Not an egg casing. Gemini says it was a gill that bloated and ruptured. But the sea hare has completely stopped moving. Although, it feels turgid and firm. No bristle worms are on it. Its back hadn't split open. Here are some photos as an update for how it looks right now.

Better pics. That is not an egg casing but I see an infection. Tank looks awfully clean and it may have starved. Supplements such as algae tabs and sheets dont work with these guys

Hi. There is an absolutely massive amount of hair algae infront of it. Not visible in photo

Dollabella sea hare is the main one to feed on hair algae. Assure nitrates are not elevated (above 25) which affects them
