Help ID, doesnt look like pineapple sponge?

Found these guys in my overflow,
then noticed a few of them under my rock in the display (bare bottom).

now found more in the sump. Can you help with ID please?

You're right that it's not a pineapple sponge. That said, it is a sponge of some kind. Generally, unless sponges start growing over your corals, they're harmless filter feeders, so I wouldn't worry about it at all.
