Are the clowns rubbing against rocks or the sand? It kind of looks like the dirt my clown gets trapped in his slime coat when he's burrowing around between the rocks.

Those are pretty great pictures, but it would be a good idea to do a freshwater dip. This will confirm/rule out flukes for you. It doesn't look like ich.

Im 99.9999 percent sure its not ich. I bought two b. cardnials and a yasha gobie. No quarintine(lesson learned) the cardnials ate few days then stoped eating died week later. I should of dipped them then but did not(lesson learned) they showed no signs of anything but did have white stringy poop. So i thought maybe internal parisite or irodio virus(spelled wrong). So about a week after the cardnials died my gramma stopped eating and was hiding breathing very heavy so i started dosing prazipro.. i dosed 3 to four times over two weeks with water changes and carbon before each dose. The gramma recovered so i thought all was well and now it brings me to this clownfish situation.. so if i fw dip and confirm or not confirm flukes what would be the action you would take after the dip. Sorry for long post i just thought you should know all info also i appreciate all your work on the website you and humblefish do thanks

Prazi should only been done twice, three times at most and about a week apart. I'm not sure what all continued exposure like that would do to a fish if anything... it's usually a pretty mild med.

If the clowns were present during the prazi treatments then they shouldn't have flukes at this point. Of course, I'm not sure of the dosing schedule you followed. The freshwater dip would be a good idea still. Do the dip.... see if any flukes come off.... if not then I would isolate in QT and start antibiotics because the next thing on the list is a bacterial infection. Kanaplex and furan2 are my go-to's. You can use them independently or combine them for a wider spectrum.

Kanaplex and focus would be a better combo. The focus binds the kanaplex to the food making it a reef safe option. Though antibiotics are slow acting in fish and feeding it to a fish with an exterior problem like that will be even slower.

I don't think that's ich, I feel like I see black ich in the full light picture (which is like a fluke). I agree with a freshwater dip and praziquantel.

Thank you but the black dots are from stings from nems and palys that they host.
