I ordered 12 peppermint shrimp 2 weeks or so ago. I’ve tried to using aptasia x, kalk, lemon juice.

Any advice ? Laser ? File fish ? Butterflyfish ? All the above ?

Tank make over ?

With that size tank the best long term option is to get a a fish which will eat the aptasia. Copperband, Kleini, or the specific type of filefish which are more likely to target aptasia. I prefer the Copperband since I like the look and they don’t eat any of the type of coral I intend to keep.

The marine labs I talk to use Berghia nudibranchs. They keep cultures going so they have a steady supply.

I've always had good luck with peppermint shrimp though. I've used them to fix aiptasia problems in many tanks. Any targeted removal (e.g. Aiptasia-X, Joe's Juice, etc) has been like whack-a-mole in my experience.
