Hard to tell. It may be a frogspawn. It's severely bleached.

Reduce your light intensity and or move it low in the tank, possibly in a shaded area. Hope it recovers.

Thanks, i moved it to a lower area into the shade. Part of her recessed and the tenticls havnt been out since.

Im going to name it harry. . . . . but is yes a frogspawn. Be sure salinity is 1.025-1.026 and ph sat 8.0 range and add aminos and feed it occasionally

If you want to help it heal faster add aminos and feed it some mysis or reef roids.

I don't know about "Bleached Blond Barbie's" reef tank, but you have a Frogspawn (Euphyllia divisa) coral. If the shrunken head gets a brown slime growing over it you will want to frag the sick head off to keep the rest healthy.
