Not really a hitchhiker, at least I don't think it is... This white milky growth has been there for about a month now and I can't figure out what it is. It is under my cabbage leather only on the rock. This morning I noticed it has a very clear encapsulation surrounding it. It's hard to see with the lights on so I took some pics with them off with a flashlight. You can see the clear encapsulation sticking up in the first pic. Thanks for any help!
