Help with frogspawn

Please help me identify this. I bought this frogspawn about a week ago and noticed some white areas on polys. What should I do? Is it normal? If not, how bad and what’s the treatment?

This frogspawn is head with two mouths. But I am about the white spots circled in pic 2 - 3.

5-10 min. I just started using it. I dip Coral RX every few days followed up with 2 Bayer dips in QT for at least a month.

Does it look like flatworm?
