I have a Colorado sunburst anenome. He is holed up in a crevice . He hasn't come out in a month. I upgraded to these lights. I took a picture of my settings. I am running 3 of these lights over a 150 gallon tank.

I'm not sure if this is too much or not enough.

I did try to move him today and he is rooted very firmly to the rock so I left him.

I don't want him to die. Please help any advice.

if he was happy before the more powerful lights, tuning them down is likely the solution.

At 95w I don't think you can be overpowering him.
Did he go into hiding after the light upgrade?
Anything else change?
Parameters are stable?
how old is the tank and how long have you had it?
He was out for a few weeks then has been hiding for a month. Tank is 5 months old but I did buy it all already established only thing I changed was new sand. Parameters I have been consistent uh with them being 1.025 salinity, ph 8.3, alk 8.4-8.7, temp 78
Mag 1320, cal 430, no ammonia or nitrite
Nitrate 0 (which I can't seem to get up , I think I'm gonna have to turn off skimmer, and phos I have gotten down to 0.04

I know I probably got it too early but I though with the tank being already established 4 months would be okay.

My LFS guy today said he looks good still but ticked off and to tone my lights down and just leave him alone

zero nitrate also not great for nems, turning off skimmer could work but adding more fish helps too.
