Welcome to Reef2Reef.

The dark clown has marine ich with extra mucus that might be Brooklynella. However, the white clown in the background actually looks much sicker - the way it’s swimming looks very week.

Have you tried any medication yet?

No I thought they were sick because I didn’t realize I wasn’t using any beneficial bacteria starter and their ammonia was high how do I use medicine I also have shrimp and crabs in the tank I don’t want anything to die and I know copper medicine is a little bad for them what should I do

What is the ammonia level now?

There really isn’t any anti protozoan medication that you can add that won’t harm your corals or invertebrates.

You could try Ruby Reef Rally Pro - that sometimes works for Brooklynella, but not ich.

You have 2 problems. Sick fish and what sounds like an uncycled Tank. Your best bet is probably setup a small QT Tank. All you need is a cheap 10-20 gallon tank, heater, and a simple sponge filter/airstone to get going. As Jay said the white clown is very thin and weak and may not make it. I also see that yellow jawfish or goby in the back that is breathing really fast so Ich is likely, and you will need to treat with a Copper based medication and monitor with a Test Kit (Hanna is the best). And I would suggest slowing down. Adding inverts and fish this fast usually ends with disappointment.

Could I remove them and put them in a temporary spot or would that not work it’s still high but going down

What is your Ammonia level? Water changes can help get that down. Say 25 to 50 percent. I would go out and get a 20 gal. tank from petco, an inexpensive pump and heater and move your fish into that for treatment.
