I am looking to start a 30 gallon nano reef tank and I'm looking for the best inexpensive lighting for such a tank any recommendations that you guys have experienced success with and are willing to share your opinions?

As of now no I have 2 clown fish in the tank with live rock and want to cycle my tank for another 4 months I have been cycling the tank for 2 months now and I was thinking if doing soft corals and sps

This may suit your needs at the $200 price point - SPS corals would have to be place closer to center and towards the top of the tank to get the most PAR:
