looks like it gets a lot of flow based on that goni right next to it. but mine has dainty little polyps that have never worked out or something, yours is like the hulk frogspawn. i added another jebao today for more flow so hopefully mine looks like The Rock sometime next year

Lol. I hook it up with some mysis once a week or so. It was in high flow in the 90 getting thrashed, then a dead spot in the 40, now it’s in light/medium flow. I’m still waiting for it to look like the picture, lol

That Goni is right under my return stream so it gets super blasted. It loves it.

i've seen people give gonis high flow so i kinda aimed the new jebao at one, but uh.. early returns are that goni is not happy. although i think it was really blasting it, the flow was stirring up the sandbed so i had to turn it down. those jebaos are tiny but really move water.

i've tried feeding euphyllia meaty stuff before and they just don't seem to eat it. how long do you give them with flow off to eat it? maybe i just turn flow back on too quickly

I pour in a splash of shrimp juice 5 mins before I feed, pause the power heads(return pump on though), wait 2 mins, tong feed euphyllia/any lps with feeders out, let the food sit so the coral can pull it in for 10 mins. Agitate the water by letting the power head run for a few seconds, pause powerhead again, let the coral finish pulling the mysis in for another 10 mins.
