About 8 years ago I had a 150 gallon reef tank. I loved it so much! It was a beauty. I will try to find pictures to scan. Due to a move we had to sell it. I am itching bad for another! My issue is, I had that tank set up for me and it was also mantained bi monthly for me. I cleaned it and topped it off, but really knew nothing about it. I want to do this one myself. I've been reading everything I can. These forums are great! I feel like I've stuck reef gold..lol. I am considering the 45 gallon JBJ rimless aquarium kit. I'm in a much smaller home. I thought this would be a good size to learn with. Does anyone have any input on this kit? I love the look of rimless, but also don't want to waste money on a set up that is not friendly to a newbie...lol
Thanks(:

Hi

Welcome, lots of knowledgeable & friendly folks here on R2R.
And, where in NC? The JBJ rimless is a very slick tank, I've seen one in person.
I think Nemo's Reef has a few JBJ's if you're in the Charlotte area.

Welcome home, you will love it here!

Whatever you do, keep us posted with the build thread! :)

I hope you will get a lot of information here!
What fish do you want to have in the tank?
