Hi Everyone,
Getting back into reef tanks after about a 30-year break. I setup a Red Sea REEFER 425 G3 about 10 months ago and first put animals in back in February. It has been doing well, but the techniques are so different. I used to go to the local distributor and get fresh Catalina water every other week, fish, rock, sand and coral from Hawaii and Figi. You could start a full tank in a day. It has been fun learning to do things differently. One last thing, the new led lights are amazing. I have an ATI Straton Flex Gen 2 that both looks amazing aesthetically, and makes the tank look great. No more metal halides.
