Hello r2r
I've got this clove coral dip it twice just week ago in the past two days some polyps disappear dip it again in coral Rx double dose and these came out are they what eating my polyps and ID please

That maybe was a pod of some description. Good guy.

I'll be on my PC is about 30 minutes so I can see it better. I've been using a phone since yesterday.
 
That's probably an epitoke.
 
I really think it's an epitoke.
 
Basically, a worm develops into two parts. The anterior, or "front end" atoke and the posterior, "back end" epitoke. The epitoke contains all the goods for reproduction.

That's why these guys look like "short" adults. I love the picture below that shows where it forms and eventually separates. They can all look a little different, depending on which worm it comes from.
