Hitchhiker identification

Just wondering what this little thing is.

Its right in the bottom center of the zoanthids. I got them for free so if I need to pull it out its no big deal.

Looks like a Zoa or paly.

That's what I though but when I poke at it it retracts really fast and doesn't look like a do a when it pulls in.
