Thanks for the confidence encouragement!!! Lol I told her last night I wouldn't have to be Reef so much if she didn't want Rays and the boy wanting Sharks!!! That lasted for all of 10 seconds when she said hold on we want them because YOU got a bigger tank, tell me you didn't need this for the tank anyway. She had me dead to rights!!! Lol

Rock is in!!! 3 of the Caribsea 36” mega arches, and one mega cave. What are your thoughts? Looks a bit to bare to me but I know with sharks they need the room. Oh and I no longer love 36” wide by 30” deep tanks!!!

Kinda wondering the same thing. I may have to order another mega cave and make two separate cave/coves.

Yea it kinda changed. Lol
The stock list will be about the same but they will stay in the 240 and we are putting 2 Marble Catsharks, and 2 California Rays in the big tank with the Groupers, Marine Beta, and some tangs. Just for some color I’ll be putting in some Green Mushrooms as I have hundreds in my 240 they grow like weeds, Devils Hands I have dozens in the 240 due to being lazy and letting it frag it self several times over, some GSP, as well as a few other softies.

Well first coat of water sealer is on the Birch, starting on the Oak trim. Tomorrow I plan to have the Canopy frame built and first coat of sealer on it. Need to run to Lowe’s in the morning as I failed to get a 1-1/2” union for the Abyzz install.
Turn the rodi unit on and filling the 300 gallon Rubbermaid tote to get a fresh batch of water made as I hope to move the 240 onto the wall Wednesday. Hope to have this 100% done by the end of the month. Sharks and Rays will be order next week to start the QT process. Lots to do but parts wise it will all be here by Monday at the latest.
Sending the wife and oldest daughter out for the afternoon for a girls spa day aka time to pray the UPS truck stops while they are gone! Lol

I’m up in Bella Vista. All the old stuff is getting moved to the 100 gallon build that will be a Clown/ Anemone tank I promised the wife or being reused on the 240 that will be next to the Shark tank.
