Ready to add my fish from QT to Main Display. How close does the salinity and tem have to be?

QT 79 Main tank is 78 1 degree difference

QT Salinity 1.025 Main Display 1.026

Or do i need to drip acclimate still?

It's ideal if you can match them perfectly. That said, I often transfer fish from one tank to another with just 0.001 difference in salinity. The temps usually match though I dont think 1 degree will make that much of a difference to them. Keep in mind this isn't done often to the same fish, it's more like I'm needing to move one fish to another tank because they are fighting.

As @melypr1985 mentioned, temps matter only if you have a big difference like 76 and 79, let them float in the bag or bowl or drip in that case.
You be good on all accounts as far as mentioned.
