How Does Your Garden Grow

LPS Dominant mixed with Soft Corals
Introduction
I grabbed this from 100g build thread becausei was really late in the game to begin posting on R2R. I was a thread watcher only for a while!

I started 30+ years ago when I was young and flush. 100g tank that I had no desire to maintain. I just wanted to hand the LFS my cc and sit in front of a beautiful tank…until one day this amazingly beautiful shrimp emerged from one of the new live rocks and I woke up to all my fish dead. That just so disheartened me that I disassembled everything and didn’t come back until 9 months ago.

I wasn’t sure I wanted to do this again but I’m the day I made the decision I had just found out I want in remission and would have to start chemo again. I knew I needed something that would bring me calm and joy and beauty. I knew this time I had to be a leaner and student and research and listen to expert advice.

Hesitant, I didn’t want to jump into a big tank, what if I failed again I thought. So I got a 32.5 AIO and started the journey.
Do you have a video of your tank?
A few different ones but nothing of the whole tank.

Additional Aquarium Information

What do you think are the keys to your success in reefing?
Research and more research…listening to experts with way more experience, not being afraid to ask questions and a little bit of experimenting. Done so well that in month 8 I had to make the decision to upgrade (my current build thread has that) and the tank is still exploding in growth that things are literally running into each other now!
Love the RFAs in your tank!

Looks great. Welcome back to the hobby! In this game, it is all about getting back up after the punch. Keep it up!

Beautiful, glad you came back! Sorry about having to start chemo again, I hope your tank brings you comfort. Your in my prayers, I’ve been there and done that.
