I am interested in what people will say to this also.

Your fish only need to eat every other day to survive, however I feed mine twice a day because fish poop is the primary source of food to my LPS corals.

If you are using fish to sustain your corals, you have to just watch nitrate and phos levels. I am feeding pellets and wafers twice a day but my phos levels have stayed between 0.05 and 0.15 based on Hanna checker, so I am safe.

Be VERY CAREFUL when you feed frozen stuff. I didn't realize that the frozen water that mysis shrimp is preserved in is very rich in phosphates. I thawed some the other day and squirted them into my tank with 1cc of the thawed water, and all of my corals suddenly closed up for 12 hours. I did a phosphate check and it had jumped to 0.34. I then did emergency 60% water change and got it all down to 0.02-0.05 in 24 hrs again.

From now on, I am going to thaw frozen mysis with a strainer and discard/rinse the water they were frozen in to limit large phosphate swing/introduction.

It depends on how much you are feeding, and what you are feeding. I feed pellets twice a day (because I ran out of frozen mysis and can't get more right now), but I don't feed a lot. Just enough for them to eat them all up.

I go overboard and feed my fishes, mainly wrasses, 8-10 times a day. Frozen and flakes AM and PM. Small amount of pellets hourly 8 times during the day. I also have Nori clips that the fish finish by about 2PM.
I have fat fishes. I think my BPT may have cardiac arrest anytime now.

What's not good. That his fishes have a sexy fat butt?
Does that BPT engulf anything? I got one a few days ago. She will not eat Rods, Mysis, or pellets. She scans through all the bits of food and I only saw her eat 1 flake which looked like seaweed. I do seaweed clips everyday. The shrimp immediately pull it down, and it goes into the food processor(MP-40s) and it creates perfect edible flakes. She wont touch it. She only nibbles at the rock and glass. Any recommendations?

I strive for no less then twice each day and limit feeds too. No more then 5 times each day. I use a variety of; flakes, pellets, thawed cubes.

Now that I'm home I'm feeding 2x a day, nls pellets in the a.m. and frozen in the evening. When I'm working from the office the fish are still asleep when I leave so I only feed in the evenings then.
