I am thinking of buying the Apollo LEDs. (4 of them) But I do not like the cable hanging that they use. How does every one else hang theirs? They will go in a closed Canopy.

Thank you

I made a rack out of angle aluminum and suspended it from adjustable light hangers on drawer slides to allow me to work inside the canopy.

Swanny you used the yo-yo type hangers that come with the lights but installed them onto your own light rack, and then placed them in a sliding rail in your canopy? Me gusta mucho

That is cool. OK I can build the rack. (I think) Where and what are the things called that make it go up and down? (on the cables)? Thank you

The rack was easy to build... just used some angle aluminum from the big box hardware stores along with a few bolts to hold it together. The fixtures just rest in the rack and aren't attached with bolts of any kind. IIRC, a few vendors on here sell the adjustable hanging kits and they usually refer to them as "yo-yo" light hangers. If you can't find them through one of our sponsors, they can be found on eBay or from hydroponics supply stores.

Sweet...

Like the way you optimized your fixture by angling you it...
