Welcome to R2R! I hope you mean 84F. Otherwise you will cook the fish at 84c. Also just so you are aware this is saltwater aquarium forum, but we have plenty of fish medics here that can help you with freshwater also

I am using protozin with salt as to white spot all over fish. I am turning up temperature every day to get it up to 84c told this would work any help please
I brought 10 endler from on line as hard to fine with in a weak white spot took over the tank
Turning up temp may help with velvet but rarely ich and if anything will shorten ich life cycle. You want to treat with coppersafe at level 2.25 and monitor with Hanna Brand copper test kit for a full 30 days. Please post pic under bright white light intensity for assessment. If other fish show signs although exposed, treat them also and leave display tank fishless for 6-8 weeks to allow parasites to die off without a host fish

I would post your post in the Fish Disease Treatment and Diagnosis Section to get more responses! Welcome to Reef2Reef!

Sorry to hear about your Endler's and the Ich!

For freshwater, I've had good luck with Kordon Rid-Ich Plus, but it does contain methylene blue, and can stain your tank's silicon, decorations, and everything else. Best dosed in a dedicated QT tank:

The API Super Ich Cure did nothing for Ich when I tried it.

Best of luck!

And, the Endler's Live Bearer (Poecilia wingei) is a relative of the common guppy, and can handle full salt water if acclimated correctly. You may be able to treat freshwater Ich by adding salt to your tank, but please don't use salt on Tetras, catfish, or any other freshwater fish that are sensitive to salt:

Again, best of luck!
