Last Friday the 12th I sent out an icp test to rancho cocamonga ca.

The USPS tracking number said it arrived on Tuesday the 16th.

I have heard nothing from triton that they received it. The triton website says connected.

Any help would be great

Hi, Justin sorry I missed this over the weekend...

If your sample has been delivered to the address then all should be ok, unfortunately, the scanner is not functioning at the new address still (hopefully sorted this week!) so you would not have received that scan email, the sample will have been sent on and should hopefully get here today. Once it is scanned at the lab then it will be uploaded in the normal timescale.

If you have not heard anything by Friday then we will get you a replacement kit sent out.
