ID - couple of odd things

One is 'banded' and one is like an algae aiptasia...pic taken with flashlight after main lights off for night.

At fords to thought the banded thing was a mini brittle star, but it seems more 'snake like'...

And the algae looking thing I was thinking it might be bryopsis, but now it's nem looking!? :(

Anybody seen these before

Well I know that's not bryopsis, and the other one is most likely a brittle star. Yes their legs are long, banded and snake like. If you're bothered by the algae looking thing just yank it off, or u can just leave it there and watch it grow.
