ID needed (sponge?)

Have a couple of these showing up in dark places in my sump. I think it's a sponge, but not sure and not sure what kind. If anyone knows I'd appreciate some help. Thanks.

Yeah i think its a sponge Ive had them before only issue would be if they spread all over the place

Looks like common pineapple sponge ,.... Love them ,... Must have loads of them sponges polish your water ,... I try and grow them in my sump for my angels.... If they get out of control borrow an angel fish from a friend , if they become a problem big problem , Look for a source of silica in your water .... Sponges need silica ....

Googled it... Yes pineapple sponge it is. So much easier to find when you have more than just "sponge" in your search. Thanks for the help!
