I bought this yesterday at a frag swap, and forgot the name of it. Could someone please help me identify it?

That's a nice frag, we had a large colony for years grown from a little frag. Very hardy coral that gets a nice neon green. Are the polyps blue/purple? Typically spongodes has red polyps.

A piece actually broke in transit. Payed 30 of it. Here is the piece that broke off.

I believe that is a anacropora. Very hardy and fast grower. One of my favorite corals in my tank. Fills up quickly and looks awesome.
