This started growing on one of my zoa rocks. Can anyone ID this. Looks like there is a little yellow mouth in the center. It's driving my wife crazy!

What does the skeleton look like (if there is one)? And at night when it's retracted?

Possible plate coral. The stalk looks like it could be a generation site. I had this happen in a zoa frag once.
