Favia is a genus in the family Mussidae. There are many, many types of corals we generally refer to as "favia". Some not even in that family or genus. Most are hard to define to genus without specific knowledge and proper equipment to anaylze the skeleton, etc. It is actually an LPS, not a softie, and will have skeleton under the puffy heads. Looks very healthy. Puffy is good.

When it closes at night you may see it or if you pick it up, it will be hard under the polyps. I would leave it though. No point bothering it. It looks great! Lowish flow and moderate light, but looks like you got it covered as it is happy.

Yea it’s not a finicky coral. I currently have it in low light, low flow. I wonder how much this one goes for? Not that it matters , woukdnt sell it even if someone offered me $100. Just curious thats all.
