I own the apogee MQ 200 meter and wonder how I use it for LED verses t5 lights. I recall seeing or hearing somewhere that you take a reading and convert it for appropriate lighting. If there is a discussion already on this forum if someone could point me in the right direction I would appreciate it. I currently read 120 to 90 on the floor of my coral qt tank under an old led light. Is that my actual par? That's what I am looking for, an answer to what I am reading.

Ok, much thanks for the "easy " response.
I found it interesting that in reading what I could find it's possible to give corals too much light.
